THE FIVE PILLARS OF LEADERSHIP FOR BLACK BOYS
My experience in the public school system working with abjudicated young men has taught me how unfair our civic institutions are. Black parents expect the public schools and judicial systems will treat our back boys fairly- unfortunately, this is not the case. They are labeled and put in special education classes faster than boys of any other race. The disparity between black boys and other races graduating from high school and college is alarming.
I wrote the Five Pillars Leadership Parent Guide to help Black Boys become successful in today's society. My goal is to give them a toolbox they can use to navigate life successfully.
The Cameron Group Boot Camp provides an opportunity for parents and sons to bond and discover things about themselves. Motivational speakers, education and job fairs, and health and wellness screenings are some of the experiences offered to build your son from the ground up.
